清洗抓持器械及剪刀時應打開旋轉軸輕輕刷洗。若軸節仍有頑固碎屑則采用超聲清洗器清洗。攝像頭、腹腔鏡視角用軟布擦干晾干，切忌用粗糙的布巾擦拭以免劃傷鏡頭，嚴禁使用超聲波清洗機對內鏡進行清洗。

The camera and laparoscope viewing angle shall be wiped with soft cloth to dry. It is prohibited to use rough cloth to wipe to avoid scratching the lens. 針對不同的器械可分別采用高溫高壓法、低溫法等進行。攝像頭、電纜和電極不可使用液浸泡法或高溫高壓法，否則對器械會造成嚴重的損傷，只能采用氣體熏蒸法或等離子低溫法。
