（8）所有器械在使用、清洗、保養過程中，關節不應強扳，不能碰及硬物，器械小部件不能丟失。

（9）光源和攝像頭在分離前應先確定主機電源關閉方可拔出。

（11）內窺鏡的優先考慮低溫或等離子法，若用高壓法，一定要讓鏡子自然冷卻，禁止用冷水冷卻，不然會導致鏡頭的破裂，目前，不提倡用戊二醛浸泡，因為浸泡后鏡面接口處的液體不易擦凈，使用過程中會產生霧狀的蒸汽影響鏡面的清晰度，盡量不要經常變換鏡子的方法，這樣對鏡子的密封有好處。

（12）鏡子與手術器械要分開清洗，鏡面用濕的脫脂棉球沿一個方向擦干凈后，以擦鏡紙擦干，鏡身可用濕軟布擦凈，禁止用超聲波清洗鏡子，盡量不用生理鹽水清洗鏡子，否則容易產生銹跡。
